We will meet (in-person or virtually) to discuss your list of things to see and do during your vacation. We will work together to ensure we exceed your expectations.

We will interview you and your travel party to determine the interests of those attending and personalize the vacation to best match each client's desires.
Up-To-Date
We research and connect with local agencies, events, and locations for the most up-to-date information before you depart.
Add-On Concierge Services
We can book your restaurant reservations, research events and ticket information, book spa and/or golf appointments, and plan transportation as well.
Optional Swag Bags
We love to create swag bags for group trips. We customize them to fit the theme of the trip and add cute, and unique gifts.
Add-On Custom Features
Create and print custom brochures for your trip, assist with obtaining travel related requirements such as Passports, TSA Pre-check, long term parking accommodations, etc.

First Design Meeting: Set Budget & Timeline
1-2 hour virtual meeting to discuss your vacation budget, time frame, requirements for your vacation (must see/do, nice to have, etc), define vacation participants (how many, age groups, interests).
Research & Design
Based upon requirements gathering in step 02, we will research and design a dream vacation for you. We will be in touch throughout this process to determine your interests in what we are designing along the way.
Implementation
Once the itinerary is agreed upon, we will create a custom itinerary and all detailed information for you.

Pricing
Custom packages come with custom pricing. Prices start at $250 for a basic one-week trip. Prices depend on locations, experiences, hotels, number of guests, and planning time.
Price can be budgeted after our first meeting. Costs do not include hotels, air, tours and/or anything regarding the actual trips.
